Fitness
For fitness we did community run. For my time that I got it was 25:11. A huge improvement from last year where I got 35-40 minutes. I really pushed myself this fitness and the more I ran the easier it became for me. I was very proud of myself and now running for long distances isn't as difficult as it used to be. I also occasionally take up running around my neighbourhood on the weekends. It has helped improve a lot as a runner.

Mid term iraj kamar
Half way through pe I have enjoyed many of the activities and fitnesses we have been doing. This year I have pushed myself to the limit and pushed myself out of my comfort zone. I have really improved my fitness since the starting of the semester and keeping goals which I have successfully reached. For example the beep test I have always scored a 8 or 8.5 but never a 9 and that was the goal I set. When we had the beep test I reached my goal and never had been more proud of myself and now I want to reach a 10 hopefully. I'm always setting new goals and that really motivates me. My attendance has been excellent so far, attending class with a positive attitude and ready to try new things. Not only have I been trying in school but outside of school I would like to join basketball and soccer during the summer and hit the gym. I've also have been playing with my cousins and working out in my own time to keep myself in shape and have been eating a lot of healthy foods lately which have kept my energy to a really good level. Since I have low iron I'm always fatigue and when I stay focusing on my body and what it needs I have improved a lot not only physically but mentally too. Overall I hope to achieve more throughout this semester and set new goals and try to be active for the rest of my life. The letter grade I would like to give myself would be an A and the percent 95.
